Transformation of polynomial models constructed with the help of experimental data

The paper considers the problems of transformation of the object polynomial models constructed with the help of experimental data. The inefficiency of transformation by a quadratic and the application of an iteration method have been shown. The software for two- and three-factor models, their analyses and transformation has been proposed.

Influence of temperature field nonuniformity by blowing of autoclave sterilizing box on sterilization efficiency in tins

The paper highlights some possibilities of joint technologies, in particular the welding one. Conditions of assurance of weld seams' quality, necessity of evaluation of the welded constructions' real state and prolongation of their resources have been considered. The special attention has been paid to safety of welded constructions. The authors have proposed to use some special kinds of steel as a real way of prolongation of product life duration and reduction of its maintenance costs.

Optimization of the sterilization process of canned food in water in the AVK-30M autoclave

Sterilization formula of canned food made of hydrobionts and coefficients of the temperature regulators in the sterilizer AVK-30M has been optimized using modeling of the sterilization process. Optimized sterilization process decreases electric power consumption by 20 % and process length by 9 %.

Comparison of modern and traditional canned food sterilization methods

The results of comparison of the modern and traditional canned food sterilization methods have been described. The comparison of both sterilization methods has been made with the help of numerical modeling of the heating processes in the autoclave and can. The sterilization process produced by the modern method decreases electric power consumption by 30 %.
